– it is impossible to repair the breakdowns – there is a lack of specialists and equipment;
– probably, there will be no light in Beryslav until the city is completely de-occupied;
– the Russian military also mined water wells in Beryslav;
– the occupiers also blew up high-voltage lines going to Kherson;
– Ukrenergo – for the stable operation of the energy system, consumption must be reduced by 30%;
– emergency blackouts will begin on November 7;
