– Луганськa ОВА – у Кремінній «бавовна» в декількох місцях;
– у командних пунктах, казармах, базах обслуговування техніки;
– росіяни та колаборанти масово покидають територію Луганщини;
– Міністерство з питань окупованих територій – темпи евакуації напередодні зими постійно ростуть;
– за останній місяць евакуйовано близько 70 тис. осіб, з них майже 20 тис. діти;
– важливо, щоб міжнародна гуманітарна підтримка зростала;
– закликаємо до більш активної співпраці ООН, МКЧХ, ЮНІСЕФ;
– Міністерство юстиції України – плануємо отримати від Росії репарації за війну у розмірі $300 млрд;
