– так звані «житлові сертифікати» та соцвиплати видають тільки з паспортом рф;
– у всіх інших вимагають написати заяву на отримання паспорту й лише тоді обіцяють розглянути питання надання допомоги;

– Center of national resistance – the occupiers are using the plight of the residents of the submerged national park;
– so-called “housing certificates” and social benefits are issued only with a passport of the Russian Federation;
