– 2 children were blown up by a cluster munition in the Saltivka district of Kharkiv;
– the UN – the Russian Federation prevents the delivery of humanitarian missions and goods to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine;

– new sanctions will be added next week;
– we must take measures when human rights are violated;
