– Dnipro Region Milit. Admin. – the occupiers fired heavy artillery all night;
– they targeted Nikopol, Pokrovsk and Chervonohrihorivka communities;
– an educational institution, administrative building, telecommunications company, post office, church and houses were damaged, power lines were mutilated;
– Kharkiv Region Milit. Admin. – at night, the enemy attacked the village of Kivsharivka with a KAB-250 guided air bomb;
– two multi-story buildings were damaged;
– a 74-year-old woman died, 3 women and 1 man were also injured;
– Verkhovna Rada – we extended martial law and general mobilization for 90 days;
– due to the continuation of martial law, there will be no parliamentary elections in Ukraine at the end of October;
– the Prosecutor General of Ukraine – the USA agreed to transfer data on the crimes of the Russian Federation to the International Criminal Court;
– Ministry of Finance of Ukraine – we received $1.5 billion in preferential financing;
– loan funds are provided under the guarantee of the Government of Japan through the mechanism of the Trust Fund of the World Bank;
– the money will be used to restore the economy and strengthen the social protection of the population of Ukraine;
